How do I get a 940 and 941?

Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to help. If you're referring to pulling older reports, here's how:

1. Click Taxes on the left-hand side and choose Payroll Tax. 
2. Select Quarterly or Annual Forms, as appropriate. For 941 forms you'd select Quarterly. For 940, its Annually. 
3. Select the liability period. 
4. Choose Archive.
