How do I get a copy of my payroll online forms 940 and 941

I can think of two scenarios for this, ccsfoodservice.

If you're trying to get a copy of your 940 and 941 forms to be mailed, you can follow these steps:

1. From the Taxes tab, select Payroll Tax.
2. Click Quarterly Forms under the Forms section.
3. Select the 941 forms.
4. Click View, and then click the print icon on the PDF form.

For the 940 forms, select Annual Forms under Forms.

If you want a copy of the already filed forms, you'll have to click the View and Print Archived Forms hyperlink under either Annual Forms or Quarterly Forms field.

I only get 940 for Q.2, Q.3 and Q.4. I could not see Quarter 1.
