How do I get ahold of a human being?

I appreciate you bringing this issue to the Community's attention. This isn't the way we want to you to feel. It should be a quick and easy process to contact our Customer Support Team. 

However, requesting a callback in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the best way to get in touch with them. Don't worry. I can walk you through the steps. Here's how: 

1. Open your QBO account. 
2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
3. Press the Contact Us button. 
4. Give a brief description of the issue you're having and then hit Let's Talk or Continue. 
5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback. 

Afterward, you'll receive an estimated time of when they will get in contact with you. Note: Sometimes the number can be posted as unknown or an 800 number.

I have been trying to resolve a payroll issue since Thursday of last week.  My employee has not received her pay as of today.  Please help.
