How do I get copies of w2s and w3s

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

I help you archiving the form. Before diving in, we'll have to take note that the available liability periods in archiving the forms only extend back for a year or two.


Here's how to archived the form: 


  1. Choose Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms section, tap Annual Forms.
  3.  Drop-down arrow select Annual Tax Forms. Then drop-down arrow choose W2.
  4. Select View






If you need to get the copies of the form beyond our available liability period. I encourage contacting our support. This way, they will be able to pull up your account and archived the form with you.
