How do I make a one time change to a salary and withholdings?

Hi there, @kirksullivanusa.

For now, the option to change the salary and withholding of your employees in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. You can change the information one employee at a time. I'll show you how to do that.

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and click the Employees tab.
  2. Select the Employee's name and edit the information in sections 4 for the Wages and 6 for the Withholding.
  3. Once done, save the changes by clicking Done. I've also included a screenshot for your additional reference.

I've added this article for your future task in case you want to track specific aspects in your business payroll: Run payroll reports. This contains the title of the report and its description.

You're always welcome to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other questions about QuickBooks. It will be my pleasure to assist you further. Take care.
