How do I print 3rd quarter payroll returns?

Let's make sure you're able to track and print your 3rd quarter returns in QBO. When you file the forms electronically, QuickBooks will archive them automatically for record and tracking purposes.

Follow the steps below to accomplish your task:

1. Go to the Taxes menu then Payroll Tax.
2. Choose View Archived Forms in the Quarterly or Annual forms section.
3. Find the form name.
4. Click on the E-file Status.

On the same page (Archived Forms), click the quarterly form and press View to launch Adobe Acrobat Reader in a new window. Press the Print icon on the Reader toolbar, then select Print.
