Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to print a 941 form from the previous year.
There are just a few steps to get this done. Here's how:

2. Choose Payroll Tax at the top of the page.
3. Select View and Print Archived Forms >> under Quarterly Forms in the Forms section.
4. Choose 941 from the list to view it.
5. When the form appears you'll be able to print.

Keep up the great work and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello, I'm trying to respond to an IRS letter for a 941 for 3rd qtr of 2021. I had responded to the same request in 2022 and followed the instructions above and sent again but saved as the same file and prints with the message DO NOT FILE -IRS WILL NOT ACCEPT-FORM FOR CURRENT YEAR. They claim they didn't receive it again and now I can't locate original to print. How do I print for an older version? Currently using Enterprise 2024.
