How do I provide co-owner information to quickbooks online for collecting online payments?

I received this message, "dd co-owner info to keep your QuickBooks Cash account. A co-owner is anyone who owns 25% or more of your business. Before signing in, gather every co-owner’s: Full legal name Birthdate Social Security Number Personal address Then sign in to QuickBooks, go to Cash Flow Center, and follow the add co-owner prompts." but neither the link in the email nor those instructions take me anywhere to add this information. Where can it be done?

How do I provide co-owner information to quickbooks online for collecting online payments?

Hello, angel-edsa-gmail.

I can direct you to our team who can process the co-owner details and help you set up the co-owner profile.

I appreciate your time following the instructions from the email. Since there's no prompt for you to enter the co-owner details,  you'll want to contact our support agents.

They have the tools to manually enter the information and help the co-owner sign up and collect the payments. Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. In the QB Assistant pop-up window, click the Talk to a human option.
  3. When asked by the bot, enter "Add co-owner for QuickBooks Cash." or something similar.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Hit the Contact us link.
  6. Choose how you want to reach us.

You can read more about the Cash Flow feature here.
