You can remove the autopay feature through the Payroll Settings in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and select Payroll Settings.
  2. From the Taxes and forms section, clear the Automate taxes and forms checkbox.
  3. Hit Save.
