How do I retrieve my 2018 W2's?

You'll want to go to your Payroll Tax center and retrieve your 2018 W-2's from there. Let me show you how.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Taxes menu.
3. Select the Payroll Tax tab.
4. Under Forms, select Annual Forms.
5. Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2. This will take you to the Printable Employee Copies: Form W-2 page. 
6. Select 2018 from the Select the period drop-down and click View. 
7. Then click the Printer icon if you wish to print the form.
