Hello there, awcoyne,

You'll be prompted to increase your direct deposit limit if you've exceeded the maximum allowed daily limit. The limit refreshes after 14 days including weekends. You can run multiple direct deposit within those days as long as it doesn't exceed the limit.

To continue running payroll with direct deposit, you'll want to submit an online request to increase it. The request will be reviewed within 2 business days.

You also have an option to pay your employee with a paper check if you need to send out the payment right away.

You can check this article to learn more: What to do if you hit a direct deposit limit?

Let me know if you have additional questions about the process. I'll be more than happy to help.
