Welcome aboard to QuickBooks Community, @a-kempner.


You can run the Payroll Summary by Employee Report and set the Date range to show your employees 3 years of data including overtime. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click Reports from the left navigation.
  2. Type in Payroll Summary by Employee on the Search box and hit Enter.
  3. On the Date Range drop-down, select Custom.
  4. Enter the From and To dates on the boxes.
  5. Hit Run Report.

The report will show wages, deductions and tax info, totaled by employee for a certain period. Here’s a screenshot for visual reference:
