There's a way to send information on in-kind donation by your donators. You'll first need a Non-Profit account with QuickBooks.
You can run a report based on each individual donor. Running this report you can customize it and then email the donor the report so they may have it for their tax purpose.
Here's a little how-to:
1. Go to Report.
2. Search for Donor Balance Detail Report in the search bar.
3. You're now able to Customize each doc and then email the donor the report to have for tax purposes.
Now you can Email, Print, or Export this report.

Though you can create reports for managements purposes, QuickBooks won't create proper donor statements with the required text to mail or email. Instead, use the BRC Donor Statements - QB Online , which will read your QB data and create the statements without any additional data entry.
