How do I set up multiple accounts with different EIN numbers ?

One QuickBooks Online account can be associated with one EIN or company. You'd want to sign up for a new QuickBooks account for each EIN. I can guide you on how to do it.

Here's how:

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/.
2. Choose a version of QuickBooks.
3. On the signup page, select Add another company.
4. Enter your Intuit login credentials.
5. Select Add new company.
6. Sign in with your previous or current user ID and password for other company subscriptions.
7. Follow the onscreen prompts to set up a new subscription under your existing login.

Once you're able to create all the separate accounts, just click the Gear icon and select the Switch company. 

Just a heads-up though, although all the accounts were under the same login credentials each account is billed separately.
