You can't modify the pay period once the paycheck is created. However, since direct deposit has been made but has not yet been processed, you can delete or void and recreate the paycheck.
Here's how:
- Go to the Payroll menu and click Employees.
- Click the Paycheck list.
- Select the dropdown of the paycheck you need to delete or void, then select Delete or Void.
- Click Yes to save changes.
