How do I talk to a payroll representative?

We have a callback system for reaching the Customer Support team. Here's how you can reach them:

1.     Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2.     Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
3.     Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
4.     Click Get a callback.
5.     Enter your contact information.
6.     Select Call me.

Aside from the steps provided by KarenEdithL, I have another way so you can reach our Payroll Support Team. Here's how:

1. Go to the QuickBooks Online log in page: http://qbo.intuit.com/.
2. Click the I forgot my user ID or Password link.
3. Enter a dummy email address. For example, dummyemail@yahoo.com.
   Afterwards, you can click Continue.
4. Select I no longer have access to this email.
5. Click message us for support link.
6. A chat window will appear where you'll enter the necessary details to complete your request.

Aside from that, you might want to provide additional details when posting in the Community. The forum page has accountants, business owners, Intuit representatives, and other QuickBooks users. They can share their ideas and knowledge to help you with your concern.
