How do I track or submit healthcare for an employee that I pay directly? Is it supposed to be in each paycheck or should I report in the w2?

QuickBooks Online let's you set up and track health care or insurance, priyabeedu.

I would also recommend reaching out to a tax professional to check what is the correct payment frequency and if the healthcare should be reported in the W-2 or not.
