How do I turn on ViewMyPaycheck ? for my employees

To turn on ViewMyPaycheck for your company, here are the steps:

1. Click Employees, and then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
2. In the Payroll Cloud Services window, click the ViewMyPaycheck checkbox.
3. When prompted, create or confirm a PIN used to send payroll data.
4. Click Save Changes.
5. Click Return To QuickBooks in the confirmation window.
6. Next time you run payroll, upload your paycheck info to Intuit when prompted.
7. Before employees can sign up for and access ViewMyPaycheck, you need to upload paychecks.

Afterward, you can send your employees instructions for signing up and using ViewMyPaycheck.

How, when, where do I get the PIN?  I have tried to setup but I have never had a pin for payroll only.  If I did it was only 4 digits?

Thanks for getting back to us. 

After you have turned on ViewMyPaycheck for your company, you'll need to create and confirm your PIN. Let me help you how.

1. Open a web browser and go to paychecks. intuit.com.
2. Click Sign up.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Create and confirm a password you’ll use when you sign in to ViewMyPaycheck.
5. Pick a security question. You may need this later if you forget your user ID and password. 
6. Click Sign up.
7. Enter your SSN and the net pay from your last paycheck.
8. Click All Done.

Please take note on step 3, if you get a message that says "You already have an Intuit account associated with this user ID" then click the Sign In link and sign in to your existing Intuit account and skip to step 7.
