How do I update an email address and resend the w-9 setup?
Let me help you update the email address of the contractor to resend the email invitation, @beatifullywaitin.
When trying to resend the email invitation to the contractor, you can only update the name. If you need to update the email address, then I suggest you remove the current contractor and add this once again with the correct email address.
Here's how to remove or mark the contractor as inactive:
Go to the contractor profile.
Click the Active drop-down below the name.
Select Make inactive.
Once done, you can now recreate the contractor's profile with the correct email address and resend the invitation:
Select Workers menu and go to the Contractors tab.
Click the Add a contractor button.
Provide the name and the email address.
An email invitation will be sent to your contractor after clicking the Add contractor button.
