There's no option to save EINs in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you're using QuickBooks Payments to accept online payments from your customers, follow these steps to update your tax ID:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Click Edit Business Info, Deposit Bank Account or Contact Info.
- Proceed to the Account Holder/Business Information.
- Click the Edit button.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your business Tax ID number.
- Click Submit and make the changes.
- Click Save.
