I can help you view and print old pay stubs, @LLWYOCLEAN.

Follow the easy steps below to achieve your goal:

  1. On the top menu, click Employees.
  2. Choose Payroll Center.

To print all the pay stubs for a date range, go do File | Print Forms | Pay Stubs.  Then enter the date range desired.  You'll see all of the paychecks in the date range.  Then click Print.

how do i view past pay stubs

Hello, vklakkoju.

I'm here to ensure you're able to view all of your paystubs.

In QuickBooks Workforce, ensure you've set the date range when viewing your paystubs or paychecks. In your Workforce account, click the Paychecks tab then set the date range (you can view paychecks or stubs up to one year at a time).

If it still goes back to the last six months, it's likely your employer hasn't uploaded the rest of them in QuickBooks Workforce.

You'll want to get in touch with them and let them upload all of your paystubs. You can share this article to help them do it: QuickBooks Workforce: Uploading historical paychecks (QuickBooks Desktop).

If you need a bit of help managing your payroll details in Workforce, you can check this article: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce

If you also need to view your W-2 form, you can go to the W-2 tab to check it.

I'm willing to help you or your employer again if you have questions in using the Workforce service. Post a new thread and I'll be right there with you.
