How do we opt out of Quickbooks early pay feature?

We don't want this feature and want to turn it off. "We're writing to let you know about QuickBooks Early Pay, a new financial benefit for your team. Early Pay lets eligible employees request an advance at no cost to them during a limited introductory period. There's nothing for you to set up or switch on—Early Pay is enabled at no additional cost to you with your QuickBooks Payroll plan and has no impact on your books."

How do we opt out of Quickbooks early pay feature?

Thanks for checking in with us, stephanie@aslanf.

QuickBooks Early Pay is the newest designed feature within QuickBooks Online Payroll. This is to meet the needs of small business employees by making access to money available between paydays.

The option to opt-out of this feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Since early pay has no additional cost and has no impact on your books, you have the alternative not to take any Early Pay advances.

To know more about the feature, here's an article for your reference: Get paid before payday with QuickBooks Early Pay. On the same link, you'll find other information like how much the fees and terms cost as well as how many advances you can take.

Feel free to drop a comment below if there's anything else you need. I'd be more than willing to lend you a hand. Have a good one.

How do we opt out of Quickbooks early pay feature?

Since the new upgrade with Quickbooks, which occurred 2 paydays ago, I've not received the email telling me I can get paid early, which I did before the switch.

My payroll clerk says she is unable to find out how to set it up.

Hi there, @kayana10.

I'll share information about this early pay feature.

We appreciate you being part of this beta program. As of January 2023, this beta feature is no longer available. Since there's an upgrade, this might be why you're unable to receive the email.

In the meantime, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can verify and further check your account. Here's how:

  1. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
