How do you add historical payroll info after the onboarding of employees has been done in QBO?

In QuickBooks Online, historical payroll information can be entered for the current calendar year.

I'll guide you through how it's done:
1. In the left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.  
2. Find the employee and click on their name/record to open their profile.3. Select Enter prior pay details.
4. Enter any necessary information.
 

If you've already created paychecks for your employees, you'll want to follow steps three and four in our Set up a prior payroll resource.

I do not have the option to add prior payroll data. I had already done this step so it no longer offers the option. Even though I added the prior wages during set up, it does not show up.

Enter prior pay details is no longer an option. I have already completed this step.  The data however did not show up. QBO help says from their end it shows I skipped this step, but I didn't.  I need to know how to add it again with the hopes it will "stick" this time.
