How do you change the Pay Date on two checks after finishing Payroll?

Hello there, miguel10,

 

QuickBooks Online doesn't have the option to change or edit the paycheck date once created. However, you can delete and recreate the paycheck instead as a workaround. To do this, you can pull up the Paycheck List report to see all the paychecks that you've created. Here's how:

  1. Click Workers on the left pane.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Select Paycheck List under Run Payroll,
  4. Change the date range if necessary. Then select the paychecks you want to delete.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Mark the checkmark box to confirm deletion. Then select Delete Paycheck.

Once done, you can now recreate the paychecks with the correct pay date. Here's an article for reference: Void or create pay cheques out of order.
