Currently, the option to directly send the pay stubs via email to your employee is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, we can download your employee's paystubs and manually email them.
You can follow these steps:
- Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
- Search Paycheck list.
- Choose the pay stub you want to download.
- Hit Print.
- Click the Download icon on the ViewPdfForm Page.
