I'm here to sort this out to get the assistance you need. Though aside from phone support, you can also share your concern with us, and we'll help you out.

You can get our Customer Support Team to call you back by using our Contact Us feature in QuickBooks Online. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Help icon and then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern in the dialogue box.
  3. Click Let's Talk.
  4. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.

To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, please check out our support hours.

Aside from our representatives,  you can also visit our Help articles page for reference. There, you can read articles that will guide you in completing your future tasks.

Hello there, Just want answers.

We can still stop an electronic Federal tax payments two business days prior to the payment date. Meanwhile, electronic State tax payments might take up to five business days because each states have different lead-time when processing tax payments.

Here's how to delete an e-payment:

  1. Click Taxes on the left menu and go to the Payroll Tax tab.
  2. Click View tax payments you've made under the Taxes section.
  3. Set a date range and select the tax payment you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete and select Yes to confirm the action.

You can also use this link for reference regarding the steps: Delete a Tax Payment.

If the payment was already processed, I'd recommend contacting out Payroll Support Team. They can review your account and further assist you with deleting the payment.

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them.
  4. Enter the necessary information to complete your request.

Or

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and type Talk to a human.
  2. Type I still need a human and another options will appear.
  3. Type those phrases repeatedly until you get this response:
OK. Here’s a shortcut to connect with my humans.
  4. Click the Contact us link and select how you want to reach them.
  5. Enter the necessary details to complete your request.

After that, you can already turn off the electronic payment option within the program and record the tax payments manually: Pay Payroll Taxes Electronically or Manually.

Feel free to get back to us if you need anything else. Have a great day!
