How to cancel a scheduled GA income tax payment?

 Welcome to QuickBooks Community, slaycom!

 

To cancel a scheduled income tax payment, we'll have to delete it. We can do it two business days before the payment date. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and then select Payroll tax.
  2. Click the View tax payments you have made under Taxes.
  3. Select the date range, then choose the name of the tax payment.
  4. Choose Delete from the drop-down.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.

 

If you don't see the delete option, please contact our Payroll Support. They can access your account and review the status of your tax payment.
