I can think of two ways on how we can enter this data, traceybk.
If you have a QuickBooks payroll subscription, we can enter a historical data. Let me guide you with these steps:
- Access the Payroll Setup Interview.
- Proceed to Step 5: Year-to-Date Payrolls.
- Click Continue.
- If your company has issued paychecks this year, choose Yes and select Continue.
- Click Edit on Paychecks.
- Enter the paycheck data of the employee.
- Select Finish Later.
