How to fix alignment issue when printing W2 forms

Follow the steps below so you can align your W-2 forms and print them.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. Click the Preferences link.
4. Tap Form W-2 Printing Settings.
5. Choose your paper type, then hit OK.
