We're unable to breakdown the payroll summary report by the employee's tax payments.
However, we can pull up and export both Payroll Tax Payment and Payroll Summary by Employee report. From there, we can manually calculate their SSN, Medicare payments, and others.
The Payroll Tax Payments will automatically report the total deduction for all of the employees. With that, we can use the Payroll Summary by Employee report as our basis when doing the process.
Here's how to export them:
- Go to Reports and enter the name of the report in the search box one at a time.
- At the upper-right corner, click the Share drop-down arrow. Then, select Export To Excel.
