How to get QBO to make corrections to payroll

Who can I contact to get QBO Care support to make corrections to payroll entries that QBO Payroll experts made in error. I opened a case back on Feb 12, 2021 to reclassify wages from 4th QTR 2020 and Jan 2021 to be ERC eligible wages. The "Payroll Expert" that handled me case made mistakes and closed the case. I am now on my 3rd case for the same issue. I no longer have any Wages for 2020 on my P&L and my payroll for 2021 is overstated by $19K due to deleted paychecks and duplicate paychecks. My last case was initiated on 3/30/21, over a month ago. I have emailed them over 7 times asking for updates. I have made phone calls to the help line only to be told they can't help me, that the back end has to make the corrections and that my "ticket" hasn't been assigned to anyone on the support team yet. I feel like I'm being held hostage. 2020's tax return can not be completed, and a P&L required to be submitted for a SBA Grant can not be created and they will loose out on receiving over a $100K grant they are eligible for. State payroll taxes for the 1st quarter have been over paid and the 1st quarter 941 submitted is incorrect - I TURNED OFF THE AUTOMATIC FILING BC I KNEW THE PAYROLL WAS WRONG, YET THEY WERE PROCESSED ANYWAY. I have been told that I will need to make the amended 941 even though it was QBO fault. I am so sorry I had my client sign up for QBO payroll. I NEED HELP!

I'll make sure that you'll be able to get on hold with our Payroll support team. In QuickBooks, you have two options to contact our support team  either Chat or Get a callback. From there, you can contact us through messaging or set a call back so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you. 

 

To contact our support, here's how:  

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.
