How to reprint w2s for 2019

Hi @StacyE , it's same like you print w2s as usual, choose appropiate period. 

Reprints - A reissued W-2 form must include the following:

• The words "REISSUED STATEMENT"
• Copies B, C, and 2
• A copy of the W2 filling instruction.

You can go to the Payroll Tax and print your 2019 W2s from there. However, this form will only show if it was filed in QuickBooks during that year. Let me guide you through the steps.

1. From the left menu, select Taxes.
2. Then, go to the Payroll Tax tab.
3. In the Forms part, click the View and Print Archived Form >> in the Annual Forms section.
4. Select the W-2 from the drop-down, then choose the 2019 year and click the link.
5. Click the View button, then Print.

Also, please know that if the form wasn't archived or filed in QuickBooks during that year, the form may not be available.
