How to stop my intuit paystub from changing over to a quickbook pay stub. emil [removed] @yahoo.com ph#[removed]

Glad to have you here in the Community, @Ball.

You've got me here to help share some clarifications about the changes on your pay-stubs in QuickBooks Online.

Are your referring to the new interface of Workforce which is formerly known ViewMyPaycheck? If so, QuickBooks pay-stubs and Intuit pay-stubs are the same in terms of information. However, when it comes to its new looks, this change paves the way for us to implement improvements to ViewMyPaycheck that we heard within the feedback entered by employers and employees.

Here's an article that will provide more details about the improvements for Workforce in QuickBooks Online: Set up online pay stub access for employees (QuickBooks Workforce, formerly ViewMyPaycheck).

Also, you can read through these articles about accessing W2's and notifying employees in the Workforce for your future reference:

These amount of information should get you going today.

Keep me posted if you have any other questions about pay-stubs in QuickBooks Online. I'd be pleased to help you out. Wishing you all the best in everything that you do.

Ma'am no one else has this quick book connect to there intuit paystub I am the only one. The quick book paystub doesn't reflect my 401K Co. Contribution H & W SCA amount on it. When I had just intuit pay stub it reflected it.

Hi there, Ball.

All the paycheck information from QuickBooks Online (QBO) will be reflected in the QuickBooks Workforce. To verify if the 401K Co Contribution H & W SCA was applied on the affected paychecks, you can ask your employer to review them in QBO.

If not, let your employer correct the transactions and send them again to the QuickBooks Workforce.

You can always reply to this thread if you need anything else. I'm here to help.

In your response to my statement you said quick book pay stub and intuit paystubs are the same information which is wrong and that's the problem I am having. My intuit paystub before it went to quick book showed my 401K contribution H&W amount. Now that its a quick book pa stub that information is missing. So how do one correct that.

Hello Ball,

The 401K contribution (Employer and Employee) must show in the pay stub. You might want to run the Payroll Details Report to see if you've ran payroll with this deduction item. Please see the sample pay stub below.

If you've just recently converted to QuickBooks Online Payroll from QuickBooks Desktop or IOP, you'll need to enter historical paychecks to reflect the this item in the pay stub. This way, your payroll Year-to-Date totals will be corrected. Please follow the steps in this article on how to do it: Set Up a Prior Payroll.
