You have several options to pay your employees in the Philippines and centralize your accounting data.
First, consult Xoom if they can integrate and sync data directly to QuickBooks. Otherwise, you'll need to use a third-party connector to link the two software. You can also ask them regarding additional fees that may apply when you send money to your employees.
