You can change the employer address in the Payroll Settings section in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click the Payroll Settings, then select Tax Setup.
- Click the General Tax Information.
- Fill in the necessary information. (Make sure to enter the correct address).
If you’re adding an address from a different state and want to change it as the primary location, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They have the tools to update your primary state located in a secured environment, which we are unable to do in this public forum.
