HSA Company Contributions

I am new to HSAs and our company will be doing a contribution into our employees HSA account.  Can company contributions be direct deposited along with the employee contribution?  If so, how does that get set up in the desktop version of quickbooks pro 2018.?  What I am seeing it looks like it can't.  If it can't be done through direct deposit, how do most small businesses get their company contributions to their employee HSA accounts?

For now, we can only use Direct Deposit to directly pay your employees. You might want to ask your bank if you can pay your HSA contributions via Electronic Funds Transfer.  

 

You can also send a feature request about using Direct Deposit for HSA contributions. Just go to Help, then click Send Feedback Online. Our engineers will review requests for future updates.
