Not applicable link redirects me automatically

Every single time I try to log into, it automatically redirects me to!

I am unable to review my paystub/paycheck information online.

Also, I was NOT asked for my SSN and NET pay when signing up. My employer specifically told me I needed to give my SSN and NET pay when signing up, neither of which I was asked for!

When will this issue be fixed?

Please DO NOT tell me to try, since that website address apparently does not work!

Again, why is it taking so long to fix this issue? I really need access to my payroll information!

I am very disappointed with Intuit in regards to this frustrating situation.

At the VERY least. Intuit can send an email out stating that there is a known issue with, and they are working hard and fast on a solution.

Re: link redirects me automatically

Hey there, frustrateduser4.

We've migrated employees from ViewMyPaycheck (VMP) to QuickBooks Workforce (QB Workforce) last November 1, 2018. Users are redirected to this site:

To view the paystubs, I recommend contacting your employer to see if they already sent the invite. The email contains the following subject: Finish setting up with (insert business name here)."Note: Don’t see the invite?

You’ll have to open it and then choose the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invite. Once done, sign in with your existing one.

For more details into this feature, check out the QuickBooks Workforce: Access your paychecks and W-2’s online article. It gives an overview of how to view, download, or print paychecks.

Please know that I'm only a post away if you have any other issues or concerns. I’ll be right here to help. Have a good one.

Let me help, Richarddipasquale123.

Yes, you can view your paychecks and W-2 by clicking on the link you've provided. I've tried this and I was able to view the Sign in page. Please refer to the screenshot below.

If you're not seeing this in your end, I'd suggest using a private browser to check if this is a browser-related issue.

Here are the keys you need to press to switch to private browsing:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Copy and open the link using the private browser. If it works fine, you can continue signing in to view your paychecks or you can also go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This way, you can have a clean slate for your browser and continue your work without any interruption.

That should do it. Should you have other questions about viewing your paychecks online, please let me know. I'm just around the corner if you need help.
