Hi, @merkel. Although we are unable to delete payroll totals once entered for this quarter, you can still make adjustments by editing the data directly in the Payroll history.

This allows you to correct any discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of your payroll records. I'll walk you through the process:

  1. Navigate My apps, choose Payroll & HR, and then Overview.
  2. Click the Finish up button on the Your payroll history update section.
  3. Select Next.
  4. Click Edit from the Action column.
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Select Done and then click the X button on the upper right.

Please consult your accountant when adjusting amounts or the pay date on payroll to ensure accuracy. If you don't have one, you can find a qualified accountant on our website: Find an accountant.

Thank you for letting us know about this opportunity for continual improvement. Feel free to submit your feedback about this feature. Its implementation is based on customer requests, and it may be added in the future.
