Hello there, support! Let's perform some troubleshooting...

Hello there, @support16!

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can set up your employees address successfully.

To start with, QuickBooks accepts all valid employee address. If you've already verified your employee address but unable to save, let's set up your employee profile in the sample company file.

If you can successfully set it up from there, you can go back and verifying the rebuilding your original company file. QuickBooks might have encounter damage data you're unable to save your employee address.

To run the Verify and Rebuild tool, here's how:

  1. Go to File.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Choose Verify Data.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Go back to File.
  6. Select Utilities.
  7. Choose Rebuild Data.
  8. Click OK.

Once completed, you can go back and set up again your employee address. In addition, you can check out our detailed guide in verifying and rebuilding your company file.

Lastly, here's an article you can read to learn more about setting up your employee profile: Set Up a New Employee in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
