I'll guide you through the process of cancelling your QuickBooks Payments subscription. Here's how it's done:
1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center portal as an admin user.
2. In the blue navigation bar, move your cursor over the Account tab to display a drop-down menu, then choose Account Profile.
3. Select Close Account.
4. You'll see a Reason for closing dropdown. In this area, enter the reason you're discontinuing the service.
5. Hit Submit.
Once your request is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Intuit within one business day. After cancellation, you can still access the Merchant Service Center to view or download reports, statements, and tax forms for up to 12 months.

As additional option, if any of your customers wish to pay by CC, you may ask them to utilize MP to pay your invoice. Stretch your clients’ cash flow by creating up to a 45-day float by paying bills via a credit card, even if the vendor doesn’t accept credit cards. Vendors get paid with a physical check or with electronic bank transfers.

Who is the Merchant Services Team? After working for over an hour, still getting nowhere. I am trying to close my merchant account, and I am in the admin account but there is no option to CLOSE my account. There is nobody to call, there is absolutely no resource that can help.
