I am trying to change my bank account number on my quickbooks payroll and you are not answering at the telephone number.

If the account number refers to Direct Deposit (DD) payroll, you'll need your existing Intuit Account and the DD payroll pin before changing it. 

Here's how to update it in QuickBooks Account Maintenance page: 

1.   Go to the Employees menu at the top.
2.   Select My Payroll Service, then choose Accounts/Billing Information.
3.   Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
4.   In the Direct Deposit section, select on any of the Bank Account details.
5.   Choose OK on the message that appears.
6.   Enter your payroll PIN and choose Submit.
7.   Enter the new bank account details and choose Submit.
8.   Wait for the confirmation and choose Continue. It will take up to 2 banking days for the test debits to post on your bank statement.

 The bank account where DD paychecks and fees will post to must be updated in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) when doing a bank account change.

1.   Go to the Employees menu at the top.  
2.   Select Send Payroll Data.
3.   On the Send/Receive Data window, select Preferences.
4.   On the Account Preferences window, select the new bank account from the drop-down list.
5.   Choose OK to save your changes.
6.   Select Close on the Send/Receive Data window.

If you're referring to the bank account associated with your QuickBooks account, then you can update your bank account by logging into our CAMPs.
