I am trying to run back pay because I did not get my payroll run.it is giving me an error. How do I get around it?

Sometimes, your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual behavior. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here's how:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once you're signed in, double-check if you're still getting the error. If you're able to run your previous payroll, return to your default browser clear the cache to speed up the loading process.
Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, you can use other supported browsers.
