I am trying to run payroll. When it hit it an error shows up telling me to call xxx-xxx-xxxx?

We can check your payroll subscription to see if it's still active. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and click Account and settings.
Select the Billing & Subscription menu.
Check the QuickBooks Online Payroll section if it's active.
Then, try running payroll through a private browser (incognito) to verify if the error your prompted is caused by unexpected behavior. If you're able to do so, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other browsers can also help you in isolating these kinds of issues.
