My original post didn't work. I am in need of my pay stub for something time sensitive. My employer is unable to be reached and I am also having these issues. How else am I able to access my pay stub?
When I click on the above links, it tells me that I do not have a Quickbooks account so I don't get the information to contact anyone. Please advise.
I'm here to help provide some additional clarification on your question regarding your pay stub in QuickBooks.
You can only acquire your pay stub through the Workforce website or if your employer sends a copy of the data. Please also know that accessing this type of information will also depend on what they share to employees.
If you have a Workforce account and is experiencing the issue as well, I suggest contacting our Chat Support Specialists. They're available from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
