There's an open investigation about this issue. Several customers also reported that they had experienced the same behavior in their account. Our engineers are doing their best to fix this as soon as possible. We'll be sending you updates through email once this problem is resolved. I'd recommend contacting our support so that your account details will be added to the list of affected users. 

 

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Help (You can also press F1).
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter "Unable to login" in the description, then select Continue.
  5. Select the best support option for you.
