As to what our customer representative mentioned, you need to have a payroll subscription in order to track labor in QuickBooks Online. T-sheets data can only be sync to QBO if your payroll service is active.
However, you can manually enter payroll paychecks in QuickBooks through a journal entry. This way, you can track the paychecks you've made outside QBO. This will also keep your payroll and account data all in one place.
Please keep in mind that journal entries require an understanding of debits and credits. If you have specific questions about your Chart of Accounts, reach out to your accountant.
