I am using payroll. I mistakenly put a company paid contribution and now need to delete it after the fact. How do I do that?

I would love to help you directly with your concern but since this is an open forum page and I don't have the tool to pull up your account. I would suggest to contact our phone support, in this way they can pull up your account and make the adjustment for you.

 

Here's how to contact our phone support:

 

1. Log in tom your QuickBooks online account.

2. Go to the Help icon and click on Contact Us.

3. Enter "payroll adjusment" on the box then click Let's Talk.

4. You can choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
