First off, you'll need to bring in your 2019 transactions from your bank in a CSV (comma-separated values) file format, then import them to QuickBooks.

Thank you for your guidance. However, my records are already in quick books for the Self-Employed. How do I upload to TurboTax? Keep in mind this is for my 2019 taxes.

Since you're trying to file your full 2019 return this year and pay the entire balance due with your return, You may reach out directly to a tax advisor or the IRS to be guided accordingly with your tax processes. For future reference, you can upload your data to Turbotax by upgrading your subscription to a bundle. This will combine QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed to make your tax preparation and filing easier moving forward.
