Join nowHi,
My problem is When I login my payroll account, the system show me that "We can't sign you in.Your employer has adjusted your access to Workforce. You'll need to reach out to them to regain access." However, my HR person told me they did every thing they can, need me to contact you to get the solution.
Thanks.
KI'll make sure that you log in to QuickBooks Workforce, qisanqiang.
You can try accessing your account in an incognito or private window. There are times that the accumulated cache in your browser triggers runtime errors in the program. Check out these keyboard shortcuts:
If the error is now gone, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the stored temporary internet files. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
However, if the same thing happens, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical supports through this link: Workforce Support Team. This way, we'll be able to investigate this issue. Our representatives are available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
In addition, here's an article that will help you manage payroll information in QuickBooks Workforce: View your paychecks and W-2s online.
Should you have any other concerns or further questions about this topic, let me know in the comment section. I've got you covered.
