Start by making sure all required details for the new employees are fully set up in the system, as incomplete employee profiles cause the hours section to appear blank. If the profiles are confirm completed but you still can't enter the hours, the issue may be browser-related. I suggest troubleshooting your browser to resolve any anomalies, such as missing user interfaces.

Here's how:
- Click Help or ? icon in the upper-right corner of your QuickBooks dashboard.
- Go to the Search tab.
- Type in your Payroll concern, then press Enter.
- Click Contact Us.
- Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.
